Deposits can be made in the form of cash, money order, or verified credit card number authorized for immediate processing.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival will receive a full refund of the money received by Pinewoods Resort as a deposit less a $20.00 Process fee.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled day of arrival will be charged one days rental for each unit canceled. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled day of arrival will be fully charged for each unit canceled.
